There is so much to say about this Extraordinary Balsamic Vinegar, made with Malpighi Saporoso & organic Linden Honey! We want to tell you about Orti Borghesi & Malpighi Acetaia.

At Modena the production cycle is complete: from the processing of must (obtained from their own Trebbiano white grapes), to the bottling and packaging which, in compliance with the law, is entrusted to the Consortium of Producers of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The results can be seen by pouring a few drops on a spoon: brilliant dark brown colour, an amazing viscous and syrup-like consistency, and an exhilarating aroma and taste. Use it how and where you like, as long as you have it: it goes well with every kind of food. The best use? As a digestif, just a teaspoonful (avoid silver or stainless steel; mother of pearl or bone is best), pure and straight.
