Agriturismo Calvino is situated near Venice, in the hearth of the Garda Lake Park in Verona, a small area surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Extra Virgin Olive Oil "GOCCE DI CASALIVA" is very rich in aromas, with low acidity and excellent organoleptic properties. After being hand gathered the olives are cold pressed; the oil is sweet at first taste but it leaves a light bitter and spicy after taste. Fruity with light flavour of almond and tomato, this oil is undoubtedly well balanced and pleasant.
