Product Description
Durum wheat semolina, fresh pasteurized grade A eggs (25%). The Monfortina pasta factory at S. Anna near Monforte d'Alba continues to make the pasta dough according to the old recipe. The dough is rolled until it becomes a long sheet and then cut and manually laid on grates for natural unforced drying. This takes place for 24 hours and gives us excellent quality flat pasta ribbons. The sheet of this pasta preserves all the flavors of the traditional household recipe.
