Thanks to Loison, Panettone ha found a new format: available in single-serve, individually wrapped slices, it is a nice addition to your everyday breakfast. It can also surprise the most experienced gourmet, it the slice is served as savory treat for brunch, sending this speciality food into a whole new gastronomic direction.

Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone slice, and the surface is cutted with a typical cross cut. The yellow dough is eniriched with Sultana Raisin and Candied “Oranges from Sicily” and “Citron from Diamante- Calabria” peels

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, Fresh EGGS raised on the ground in italy, Sultana raisin (16%), Butter (MILK), Sugar, Natural sourdough yeast (WHEAT), Candied "citron from calabria" peels (4%) [Citron peels (53%), Glucose-fructose syrup, Sugar, Concentrated lemon juice], Candied "oranges from sicily" peels (4%) [Orange peels (52%), Glucose-fructose syrup, Sugar, Concentrated lemon juice], Fresh EGG yolk raised on the ground in italy, Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of vegetable origin fatty acids, Inverted sugar, Salt, Cocoa butter, Natural flavors.
