Two Italian pleasures in one box, designed to be given. Inside a rigid, magnetic-lidded presentation case, Pasticceria Scarpato pairs its Sicilian pistachio panettone with a jar of spreadable pistachio cream made with at least 40% Sicilian pistachios — one of the highest concentrations you'll find in a spread of this kind, and the reason the flavor lands so intensely.

The panettone follows the method Pasticceria Scarpato has practiced in Verona since 1888: a live mother yeast, 72 hours of slow natural leavening, and nothing but fresh ingredients — real eggs, butter and whole milk. That patience is what produces the tall, feathery crumb and the softness that lasts long after the box is opened. The pistachio cream is meant to be used, not admired: warm a slice, spread it generously, and the panettone becomes something closer to a dessert.

Presented in an elegant sage-and-gold box, with the panettone hand-wrapped and sealed, it needs no additional wrapping. A natural choice for anyone who loves Italy, loves panettone, or simply loves to eat well — at Christmas, as a host gift, or as a corporate present that actually gets remembered.

What's inside: 1 panettone + 1 jar of Sicilian pistachio spread (min. 40% pistachio)

Storage: store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources and direct light.

72 hours of rising

Real panettone can't be rushed. The dough rises for three days across multiple stages that's what creates the tall dome and the airy, silky crumb.

A living mother yeast

No dried yeast here. The rise comes from a white mother yeast kept alive in the Verona bakery, fed with flour and water every single day. It's why the cake is so digestible, and why it stays soft for weeks.

Ingredients worth naming

Cage-free eggs. Real butter. Whole milk. Sicilian lemons, Bronte pistachios, single-origin chocolate. The good version of each — and you taste it from the first slice.

HOW TO SERVE

Panettone is best at room temperature, never cold. If it has been somewhere cool, let it sit out for an hour before slicing.

For the full effect, warm a slice for a few seconds the butter softens, the aroma opens up, and the crumb goes from good to extraordinary. Serve with espresso in the morning, or with a glass of sweet wine after dinner.

Cut it in wedges from the top, like a cake. Reseal the bag and it keeps for days.
