Natural Leavening with Sourdough
The crucial feature of our production is the sourdough usage and a complete natural leavening: we have handed it down from our history but still today we are maintaining it and making it an essential feature of our production.

Ingredients: Wheat flour 0 and 00, vegetable margarine ( non-hydrogenated palm and sunflower vegetable oils and fats, water, acidity corrector : ac.citric ), natural yeast (gluten), eggs, sugar, butter, fructose glucose syrup ,citrus puree ( orange peel, mandarins, clementines ,glucose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector : ac. citric, flavoring, preservative :sulfur dioxide), whole yogurt 3%, water, whole milk, brewer's yeast, flavoring, emulsifiers ( mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin and sunflower lecithin ), vegetable fiber, honey, salt, stabilizer: carob seed flour.
