Each step in the process is an art. The binding for our Cooked Thigh for example only uses natural flax or hemp string. These are timeless practices where our hands are once more at the heart of a production process rooted in ancient knowledge. In what seems like no time at all, we have left industrial automation behind and returned to the touch of our fingers.
The acts of tasting, smelling, mixing, binding, marinating and combining ingredients were not performed by a machine.
It was knowledge made up of timings, doses, weights and measures.

We have two types of products for shipping. Simple Items and Special Care Items (Alcohol and Cured Meats). For Simple items shipping cost is 14$ or free for order over 90$. For special care items shipping is free over 250$ or calculated on the weight of the order.
Every order for every item over 250$ is shipping fee free.

Typical consumer orders to a residential physical address within the 48 contiguous states normally will be shipped via DHL Express / FEDEX Priority. Orders for schools and businesses normally will be shipped via DHL Express / FEDEX Priority Saver within 3-4 business days of receipt. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping.
