Our original recipe consists of butter worked with truffle in pieces and the total exclusion of any artificial flavours.

It is the finest butter which gives its best thanks to the union with the truffle which refines the flavour and enhances its taste.

In order to turn, as if by magic, a simple dish into a creation of haute cuisine, you may simply enhance each dish with this “diamond” of nature. Excellent in pasta, for fondue, and pâté, our butter can be simply spread on croutons for a tasty and delicious starter, or added on classic fried eggs before bringing them to the table. It is magnificent to dress pasta or rice, to spread on white or red meats, to melt on steamed or grilled vegetables.
