The Easter of resurrection is linked to the egg, a food symbol of life that is renewed, of hope in the future, a hope of fruitfulness, while the lamb symbolizes the sacrifice of Jesus.

We all love it and what i must comment is the excellent packing when shipped.
This cheese tastes quite excellent as well as being enclosed in it's own grater makes it very convenient and I highly recommend it. When we grate our own cheese it doesn't taste fresh after sitting around for a month or so and it isn't practical to have a grater at the dinner table every time you want a little cheese - unless it is like this!
Absolutely the finest orange flavored gin I have ever had. Smooth-smooth and smooth. Plenty of herbs. Just the right amount of juniper accents. Best over ice to just sip. BUT, will also make the best Negroni , for sure.
