Characteristics: Fruity and delicate fragrance, characterized by notes of fresh
almonds, artichoke hearts, green apple and herbs with a pleasant hint of vanilla.
The taste is elegant, with evident herbal notes, pleasantly spicy, with a gentle bitter end.
It is obtained from the olive-groves in the hills and at the foot of the hills of the morainic amphitheatre that is Garda, the mild climate thanks to the beneficial action of the lake and the elevated latitude create a unique environment for olive-growing, the deriving product is consequently incomparable, different from all the other oil products in the Mediteranean regions. The varieties present are Casaliva, Frantoio and Leccino to a greater extent and a minimum quantity from traditional varieties and new introductions.
