Matured loin of a uniform colour and fine taste. Made in Calabria from pork loin, it features a very crisp slice with nearly no fat. High quality cured meat from the local pork butchery offered vacuum-packed in slices or in its entire form. Typical product of the territory, it is prepared using the lean part of the loin of pork, generously defatted, salted and flavoured. Lastly, the precise maturing process originates a lean and fragrant product with a truly refined taste that identifies it as a highly prized salami.
Characteristic product with an intense and typical taste and smell. It pairs nicely with appetizers, accompanied by vegetables in oil and a fine red wine.
