The artisanal Panettone with salted caramel and dark chocolate is an original and exclusive sweet that is a surprise for the perfect balance between sweet and salty. Its intense and lively taste satisfies the most refined and insatiable palates. The dough is yellow and well-alveolated and is richly filled with salted caramel cream and embellished with single-origin dark chocolate cru drops and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar. The Panettone al caramello salato is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and is naturally leavened, starting from sourdough.
