It can also surprise the most experienced gourmet, it the slice is served as savory treat for brunch, sending this speciality food into a whole new gastronomic direction.

Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone slice, and the surface is cutted with a typical cross cut. The yellow dough is eniriched with Sultana Raisin and Candied “Oranges from Sicily” and “Citron from Diamante- Calabria” peels
