RUM / RON On the nose it expresses itself in the form of floral notes. Fruit aromas of ripe melon and banana.The palate is very smooth and silky. The sensation is definitely soft, almost creamy. The finish is logically very sweet with marked notes of caramel and vanilla.
Pacto Navio is a "Ron" created by Cuban Asbel Morales, Maestro Ronero casa Havana Club.
The result is a set of ten traditional rums (i.e. molasses as almost all Cuban rums are).
The rums that make up Pacto Navio: molasses selected (rich, still containing 55% sugar). Fermentation is short (only 24 hours) with Cuban yeasts. The water used is derived from ground water, and distillation is carried out continuously in a column with a small filtration.
The rums that are assembled between 7 years (mainly) and 15 years. For the aging of each of the rums that make up the blend, a dynamic aging method is used which is different from the traditional Spanish solera method.
