Tagliolini with truffle are a delicious type of pasta made with 100% durum wheat semolina and flavour-packed, fragrant Italian truffle.
Perfect to cook with our Guanciale di Norcia.
Their HEADY FLAVOUR is appreciated by those with a refined palate who love unique and distinctive flavours. They are excellent accompanied by a little extra virgin olive oil (or butter) and a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Cooking in pan – RECOMMENDED
Heat a little extra virgin olive oil (or melt a knob of butter) in a frying pan, add 350 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Add the Tagliolini and cook for about 6 minutes until the water has evaporated. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Cooking in the saucepan
Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the Tagliolini and cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.
