Calvi's cold extracted Italian extra virgin olive oil, filtered and packed in a 3-liter tin for everyday family use. It is the same oil Calvi bottles as "Quadro". It is also very popular in restaurants: excellent on raw and cooked vegetables, on salads, to finish fish and meat, in sauces and dressings, on spaghetti and in soups.
Storage: extra virgin olive oil fears light above all, which greatly accelerates natural oxidation; the tin protects the oil completely from light. Prolonged exposure to heat is not ideal either, although less harmful than light, so store this product away from heat sources. If you have stocked up and want to keep it in the best possible condition, keep the unopened tins at around 59°F (15°C) inside a box or a cabinet (in the cellar, for example).
