Inside is a single-cultivar Coratina extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, cold extracted with stone millstones within 12 hours of harvest: medium-intense fruity, with aromas of artichoke and almond and pleasantly bitter, peppery notes.
Use it to dress salads, finish bruschetta, season grilled vegetables or add a precise touch of extra virgin olive oil to pizza, pasta, fish and meat. Its compact format makes it convenient both at home and while travelling.
The colorful bottle is paired with a matching decorative box, transforming an everyday kitchen essential into an original Italian gift. Available in four distinctive designs: Scacchi, Maioliche, Mani di Terra and Lumina.
Single-cultivar Coratina olives from Puglia, grown at about 100 m above sea level and harvested by hand or mechanically from November to January. The olives are pressed within 12 hours and cold extracted with stone millstones, below 27 °C (81 °F).
Medium-intense fruity: green in color, with aromas of artichoke and almond and bitter, peppery notes on the palate. The spray dispenser distributes the oil evenly for precise dosing: ideal on salads, bruschetta, grilled vegetables, pizza, pasta, fish and meat. Compact enough to take along when traveling.
