Ce vinaigre est obtenu à partir du jus d'oranges siciliennes et de moûts de raisin concentrés vieillis 5 ans en fûts de bois. La couleur est intense, le goût est sirupeux, la saveur est acidulée et fruitée.
Limpid and luminous in the glass, golden-orange in color. Round and full on the nose, with a clear orange aroma. Decisive and rounded on the palate, with the unmistakable note of orange threading through the sweet-sour structure of the white condiment. Density 1.30.
