Il Piacere is an aged Tuscan pecorino infused with real Italian truffle, delivering an intense and unmistakable aroma.

Tuscan pecorino made by Rocca Toscana Formaggi in Arezzo, Tuscany, from pasteurized sheep's milk with rennet and cheese cultures, with a summer truffle preparation (1.7%, of which Tuber aestivum truffle 0.8%) added to the curd. The rind is treated with rapeseed oil and is not edible.
