Brewed since 1877 in the green Valganna valley, Birrificio Angelo Poretti brings its hop-lover's craft to a beer you can enjoy at any hour: 4 Luppoli Zero, a 0.0% non-alcoholic lager with all the character and none of the alcohol.
Created by Poretti's Master Brewers, this beer is built around four hop varieties the fourth proudly grown in Italy. Led by the aromatic Cascade hop, it pours a bright, pale-straw gold and drinks delicate, velvety and wonderfully fragrant, with a clean, moderate bitterness and a surprisingly full flavour for an alcohol-free beer.
Crisp and easy-going, 4 Luppoli Zero is made for the Italian art of the aperitivo and for anyone who wants to raise a glass without a second thought. Serve it well chilled with simple Italian dishes, bloomy-rind cheeses or a mild, sweet blue.
Pale straw-yellow in the glass. The nose is fragrant, with the citrus and spice of the hops threaded through the malt. Light-bodied and velvety on the palate, with a moderate bitterness and a clean finish.
