This exclusive Dolceterra creation combines the balsamic expertise of Acetaia Malpighi in Modena with the centuries-old ceramic tradition of Vietri sul Mare.
Malpighi’s Black Truffle Dressing is rich and aromatic, combining natural black truffle extract with a dressing made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The result is deep, rounded and intensely savory, with the unmistakable aroma of black truffle.
Use it a few drops at a time to transform simple dishes. It pairs beautifully with beef tartare, veal and pork, Parmesan risotto, fresh or aged cheeses, egg pasta, omelets, polenta and toasted bread.
For this special Dolceterra edition, the dressing is presented inside a ceramic bottle made and hand-painted by our artisan in Vietri, decorated with a truffle motif inspired by the ingredient itself.
No two handmade ceramic pieces have exactly the same character. Once the dressing has been enjoyed, the bottle can be kept and reused as an authentic decorative object from Italy.
