A condiment from Acetaia Malpighi in Modena that joins Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI with the juice of pomegranates grown at Tenuta del Cigno, the Malpighi family estate just outside Modena.
Limpid and brown in the glass, it is round and full on the nose, decisive and rounded on the palate, with a clear note of pomegranate. Pair it with fresh and aged cheeses and white meats, use it on vegetable, fresh fruit and pasta salads with feta and olives, or try it in cocktails.
