It uses ginger in four different forms — extract and juice for that signature spicy kick, plus essential oil and an infusion of fresh ginger for bright, citrusy, aromatic depth. The payoff is a punchy, genuinely peppery ginger beer with real character, not the watered-down sweetness of mass-market versions.
Naturally cloudy from real ginger sediment, it's part of Tassoni's Mixology line and made to stand up in a glass. It's the backbone of a perfect Moscow Mule or Dark 'n' Stormy, brilliant with gin, and refreshing enough to drink on its own over ice.

Pour the perfect Moscow Mule Fill a copper mug with ice, add 2 oz vodka and ½ oz fresh lime juice, top with Tassoni Ginger Beer, and garnish with lime and mint.
