Tirrena Linguine are crafted in Tuscany, Italy, using a selected blend of ancient Italian wheat varieties and a traditional slow-drying process.
Made with Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, and Evoldur ancient grains, this pasta is produced entirely in Tuscany, from grain cultivation to milling and pasta-making. The dough is slow-dried for 120 hours, a longer-than-average process that enhances flavor, firmness, and cooking performance.
The classic linguine shape pairs perfectly with olive oil-based sauces, seafood, pesto, and light tomato sauces. Smooth yet structured, it delivers a clean bite and excellent consistency even when cooked al dente.

Cook in plenty of salted water (about 2 L per 100 g of pasta, roughly 10 quarts per pound) at a rolling boil for 12-13 minutes — the long drying time means a longer cooking time. Finish in the pan with the sauce so it absorbs.
