Citadelle 0.0 is the alcohol-free spirit of Citadelle, the French gin brand of Maison Ferrand. It is not a de-alcoholized gin: its heart is a hydrosol obtained by gentle hydrodistillation, a technique inspired by French perfumery, which captures the 19 Citadelle botanicals without any alcohol.
Light and herbal on the nose, lifted by spices, citrus and delicate florals; generous and refreshing on the palate, with a distinctive peppery bite and a long, vibrant finish. No sugars: it is lightly sweetened with stevia. Ideal in alcohol-free cocktails, especially with tonic.

Ingredients: Water, hydrosol of 19 botanicals, vegetable glycerin, natural flavors, lactic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate and tartaric acid (acidulants), potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate (preservatives), steviol glycosides from stevia (sweetener).
