Crafted by the Master Brewers of Birra Moretti brewing with traditional methods since 1859 Moretti Zero begins with carefully selected raw materials and an exclusive process that gently removes the alcohol, preserving all the aroma and taste of the original.
It pours a bright gold with an elegant, fine and compact white head. The nose is delicate and inviting, with notes of fresh bread crust, yellow fruit and a light citrus lift on the finish, while the palate is gentle, soft and fragrant. Crisp, refreshing and wonderfully thirst-quenching and just 20 kcal per 100 ml.
Best served well chilled, between meals or alongside the dishes of Mediterranean cuisine: stuffed focaccia, savoury tarts, chicken salads and frittate.
