MARFUGA® extra virgin olive oil is obtained through cold extraction of selected olives at the ideal ripening point in a continuous process. The characteristics of the soil, the cultivars, the agronomic methods, the harvest and the extraction process convey a green hue and a rounded, elegant aroma to this extra virgin olive oil. It has a delicately fruity flavor, good intensity and persistence with a mildly peppery, bitter aftertaste.

CULINARY ADVICE:
It blends well with all condiments with great versatility used RAW. In cooking it is best used in sauces and fried food.
Made from selected olives picked at a good level of ripeness (November 10 – December 31) and cold extracted with a continuous-cycle process.
Green, with an elegant, rounded aroma and a delicately fruity taste; good intensity and persistence, with a slightly bitter, lightly peppery finish. Extremely versatile raw on every dish; in cooking, ideal for sauces and frying.
