Shelves were filled with “Italian-sounding” products, long supply chains, and the same big names repeated over and over. What was missing were real flavors, real stories, and products you’d be proud to share at your table.

Working closely with producers taught us that sometimes, selecting isn’t enough. That’s why we began developing some products ourselves side by side with trusted artisans to protect quality, ingredients, and process from start to finish.
