This green color extra virgin olive oil is fruity and fragrant, has an unmistakable taste of olive, definitely herbaceous with dominant hints of artichokes and green almond. This green, fruity and fragrant extra virgin is perfect in all seasonings used raw, particularly with bold dishes such as legumes soups, meat and grilled vegetables. Experience a new taste!
Use raw on salads or cooked for dressings; it also works well with marinades, drizzled over your favorite pasta dishes, or even just to give bread a great taste.
A blend of Umbrian olives selected first in the grove and then at the mill, cold-extracted using mechanical methods only.
Best used raw. Ideal on legume soups (lentil, chickpea, cannellini), grilled meats and vegetables, salads, bruschetta and toasted bread, pasta and rice, fresh and aged cheeses, and minestrone.
