Instant cappuccino mix from Crastan, the company founded in 1870 by Luzio Crastan in Pontedera, near Pisa, and still run by the same family. Crastan began with roasted coffee substitutes and is today one of the main Italian producers of instant drinks.
This is the "da zuccherare" version, meant to be sweetened to taste in the cup. Skim milk powder and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee, with a touch of cocoa, give a cappuccino with a soft foam that can be made hot or shaken with ice.

- Size: 250 g (8.8 oz) jar
Hot: put 2 heaping tablespoons of powder in a cappuccino cup (3 for a breakfast cup), add a little warm (not boiling) water or milk and stir into a thick cream. Fill the cup with 5 to 7 fl oz (140-210 ml) of warm water or milk, stirring continuously. Once the foam forms, sweeten to taste.
Iced: shake 3 heaping tablespoons of powder with 7 fl oz (200 ml) of water or milk, sugar to taste and ice, then pour into a chilled glass.
Ingredients: Skim milk powder (45%), glucose syrup, coffee 15.9% (instant coffee 15%, finely ground roasted coffee 0.9%), non-hydrogenated coconut oil, cocoa powder, sodium phosphate.
