From the method of production of Formagella to the careful addition of selected seasonings, this cheese is created. Sweet peppers and jalapeño peppers meet in this Formagella Tremosine cheese to give you a spicy, flavourful, sweet and irresistible cheese.
Formagella Tremosine is an Italian cheese produced with milk from Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. It has irregular small holes, delicate flavour and it is vacuum packaged.
It is perfect on its own and can also be paired with vegetables, honey, pasta, salads and your favourite recipes. Whether you are consuming it as breakfast alongside a hot cup of tea or as lunch alongside a cup of wine or as a dinner alongside a salad and wine, you will always savour the taste and love its flavour.
Formagella Tremosine from the Alpe del Garda dairy cooperative in Tremosine sul Garda (Brescia), made with milk from farms in the Alto Garda Bresciano park. A semi-fat, semi-hard cheese studded with sweet peppers and jalapeños, aged at least 30 days. The rind is not edible.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, rennet, sweet peppers (0.4%), jalapeño peppers (0.4%), salt, cheese cultures. Rind not edible.
