This exclusive Dolceterra creation brings together the craftsmanship of Acetaia Malpighi of Modena and the colorful ceramic tradition of Vietri sul Mare.
Inside the hand-painted ceramic jar is Malpighi’s delicate Orange Dressing, created by combining the juice of selected oranges with the house’s White Dressing. The result is fruity and aromatic, with a rounded flavor and a distinctive citrus finish.
A few drops are enough to bring a fresh Italian accent to fresh and aged cheeses, fish and shellfish, fresh fruit, or vanilla ice cream. For something unexpected, try it over a classic Caprese with buffalo mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes.
But what makes this edition truly special is its presentation. Each ceramic bottle is made and hand-painted by an artisan in Vietri, with an orange-inspired decoration created specifically to reflect the condiment inside.
Once the dressing is finished, the ceramic jar is made to be kept, displayed and reused—a small piece of Italian craftsmanship that remains long after the last drop.

Limpid and luminous in the glass, golden-orange in color. Round and full on the nose, with a clear orange aroma. Decisive and rounded on the palate, with the unmistakable note of orange threading through the sweet-sour structure of the white condiment. Density 1.30.
