Fresh and grassy, NOVELLO UMBRIA' EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is harvested early in the season, while the olives are still green. The extracted cold-pressed oil is unfiltered to make sure you taste all of its freshness.

This intense green oil is made using a traditional method where olives are carefully picked by hand when olives are still green before being pressed. The resulting oil is green, aromatic oil that can be used in a wide variety of everyday dishes.

Spicy, grassy, toasty, its intense green color over a bed of panzanella salad will take your breath away. This lovely and delicate young olive oil is best served in fresh dishes, as a dipping sauce for bread, or in homemade pasta. Drizzle it over plain rice to add wonder to your meals.
