Without a doubt the best I have ever tasted!

Best pecorino in years!

I have not been back to Italy since 2019 so dearly missed fresh pecorino. I bought a kilo and it arrived vacuum sealed in less than a week. It is delicious as I remembered. Now to make authentic fettuccine Alfredo either my homemade tagliatelle…I also ordered fabulous cookies and pistachios…vacation without the hassle!
