Ruby in the glass — the color given by hibiscus and blackcurrant. The nose opens with delicate herbal notes, then blackcurrant and fresh orange peel: a red fruit and citrus pairing that is bright and inviting, with hibiscus adding a subtle floral note between fruit and herb. On the palate the bitterness arrives cleanly, carried by the orange peel and balanced by the freshness of the red fruit. A peppery note runs through the finish, prolonging the herbal sensation. Clean, structured, and properly bitter.
Over ice with a slice of orange — the simplest serve · zero-proof Negroni-style with Vol0 Gin 0.0 and Vol0 Vermouth 0.0, orange twist · non-alcoholic Americano-style with soda water and orange · zero-proof Spritz with sparkling water or non-alcoholic prosecco · with tonic for a lighter, longer drink · as a substitute in classic aperitivo cocktails · pairs with olives, crisps and charcuterie during aperitivo hour · serve at 6–8 °C / 43–46 °F · suggested dilution 1:4 (2 1/2 fl oz / 72 mL to 10 fl oz / 288 mL of tonic or soda water)
