From Birra Peroni, the celebrated Italian brewer established in 1846, this alcohol-free lager is made with the same premium recipe and the same prized Mais Nostrano® — Italian maize grown exclusively for Peroni in the north of Italy. The beer is fully brewed to develop its signature aroma and balanced flavour, and only then is the alcohol gently removed, so none of the original character is lost.
Bottom-fermented at controlled temperatures for a clean, perfectly balanced finish, it pours pale gold and drinks dry and thirst-quenching, with the delicate bitterness of finely aromatic noble hops. It's the unmistakable taste of the Italian aperitivo, ready whenever you are.
Serve it ice-cold as the perfect aperitivo, or alongside pizza, seafood, fried antipasti and fresh Mediterranean dishes.
Pale gold in the glass, with a fine white head. The nose is clean and cereal-led. Dry and crisp on the palate, with the delicate bitterness of the hops carrying a short, clean finish.
