You will need:
• 1 jar of Vellutata di Carote & Patate
• Slices of bread (to taste)
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Fresh thyme (to taste)
Shake well before opening. Pour the velouté into a small pan and warm gently for a few minutes. For a more satisfying meal, toast slices of bread on a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Once ready, serve with a drizzle of EVOO and a pinch of fresh thyme. Optional toppings: a spoonful of crème fraîche, a sprinkle of paprika. A meal in minutes.
