The Focaccia Pugliese Cotta Forno a Legna is soft, tasty, flavorful and healthy. Made with Italian wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil, it is ideal for all types of dishes: antipasti, primi piatti and secondi, accompanied by home-made toppings, vegetables or seafood. 

The taste is free from any additives or preservatives. With mother yeast, the dough is quickly cooked in a wood-fired oven. This guarantees all the typical features of this product, such as a golden soft crust, a beautifully creamy texture and a pleasant fragrance of olive oil.

In the oven, the specially made floor absorbs heat and allows even baking of all sorts  – creating unexpected taste combinations that will go well with all kinds of salads and sauces. Strongly suggestable to be served with typical Pugliesesque condiment and the local seasoned cold cutting oil, to complete the genuine Puglian cuisine.

 

    Heat for 4–5 minutes in a fan oven preheated to 480 °F (250 °C), then cut and fill. Or top with tomato, mozzarella and other ingredients and bake for 6–7 minutes at 480 °F (250 °C). Do not use a microwave.

    Ingredients: Wheat flour (Italian wheat), water, sourdough starter 34% (wheat flour, water), microfiltered sea water 5%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, iodized sea salt, wheat germ, fermented wheat flour, natural olive oil flavor (contains alcohol).

    Marvelous on the palate

    Focaccia Pugliese Cotta in Forno a Legna is one of the best I've ever tried and it is indeed a complete product. The crumb is soft and compact, with a nice crust and a marvelous taste.

    All I can say is this bread is fabulous!!!

    I tried to recreate it by making it at home but was not successful. So glad to find a baker that actually uses all of the ingredients and not just the recipe for the dough. Great product!

    An out-of-the-ordinary treat

    These crunchy and light Italian cookies are unusual in texture, which makes them out-of-the-ordinary. They are also heavily flavored, one person in my family thought it was cherry, the name refers to almond flavor, but they are in fact made from apricot pits.

    I loved the tin container that they come in and the fact that each is individually wrapped in plastic and then a decorative paper wrapping. It makes each little cookie something to focus on.
