Pane carasau guttiau is the dressed version of Sardinia's thin, crisp flatbread: the sheets of carasau are brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt. This one is made in Fonni, in the mountains of central Sardinia, for Mago Merlini, with 80% durum wheat semolina and 10% olive oil.
Warm it briefly in the oven before serving, then break it into pieces as a crisp bread.

Italy doesn’t use pesticides with Glyposhate which most all wheat has in the USA. So it’s digestible and does cause internal poisoning. I’m glad to pay the extra to avoid poisoning. It’s caused tremendous harm in the USA

If someone has never tried this they absolutely need to go all out and try it. You couldn’t be disappointed. The flavor is out of this world and I’m so glad I took a chance. I will definitely be back for more. I was also very pleased how quickly it showed up straight from Italy to the U.S.

These crunchy and light Italian cookies are unusual in texture, which makes them out-of-the-ordinary. They are also heavily flavored, one person in my family thought it was cherry, the name refers to almond flavor, but they are in fact made from apricot pits.
I loved the tin container that they come in and the fact that each is individually wrapped in plastic and then a decorative paper wrapping. It makes each little cookie something to focus on.
Delicious balsamic vinegar in a very adorable fun cheerful ceramic container.
I did not know what to expect, but the oranges were fresh (they have the leaves on), packed well and arrived quickly after the date they said they would ship. The biggest surprise was how delicious they were - each orange was sweet with a tinge of sour.
Beautiful container and glasses. It's a Christmas gift so I haven't tried it yet but I've purchased enough of your limoncello to know it will be excellent.

It’s not _exactly_ like gin, but is very good and very enjoyable in its own way. Subbing this for gin makes a different cocktail, but very similar, like eating a familiar food but made in a different country.

The nduja is very good but way to expensive to get shipped so I won't be purchasing that again.
The Limone Di Sicilia is a wonderfully created dessert which will work by itself or in combination with other sweets - ice cream comes to mind. That said, adding more crema al liming to the cake would be GREAT.
I’ve used it just on artisan bread with aged provolone, sweet soppressata & arugula—amazing.
I also made Linguine with EVOO, Garlic & Parmagiano Reggiano—superb
