Brick red with vivid red highlights — the color of a proper Italian rosso. The nose is intensely herbal and fruity, with artemisia giving the characteristic bitter wormwood note and pomegranate adding a fresh, dark-fruit sweetness that is unusual in this category. The palate is smooth and warm, with a refined sweet-bitter interplay that develops across the mid-palate. The finish is fresh and clean, with pomegranate lifting the bitterness of the artemisia into something bright and lingering.
