Four 500 ml tins of cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Romano, on the western slopes of Mount Etna:
• "Maiolica" – 100% Italian EVOO from Nocellara dell'Etna, Tonda Iblea and Biancolilla olives grown on Etna's volcanic soils.
• "SoleMare" – Monte Etna PDO, Nocellara dell'Etna olives from the Etna territory, certified by Agroqualità.
• "Paesaggio" – Sicilia PGI from native Sicilian cultivars, certified by IRVOS.
• "Fiorellini" – Organic EVOO from Sicilian olives, certified by ICEA.
Maiolica and SoleMare: hazy with intense green hues, medium fruity with notes of freshly cut grass, bitter and peppery with a tomato finish — great raw, on legumes and roasts. Paesaggio and Fiorellini: green with golden hues, medium fruity and grassy, bold with persistent bitterness and pungency — best raw, on roast red meats and legumes.
