The secret to its incredible texture and taste lies in the use of high-quality ingredients, including Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the renowned Sant'Agata di Oneglia Oil Mill, along with rich butter, flour, and fresh eggs.

  • Monocultivar Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil

  • Sultanas (99.5% grapes, 0.5% vegetable oil)
  • Lemon zest
  • Baking powder (bicarbonate and sodium pyrophosphate)
  • Salt
