Thick as maple syrup and slightly pungent with aromas of cherry and oak with a bright, long and sweet finish, IGP Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar that is aged for many years in French oak barrels. A 100% Italian product.
IGP Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is delicious and can be drizzled over figs and prosciutto, sliced figs with walnuts and gorgonzola, or any salumi platter. It is also perfect with tuna or beef tartare. IGP Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena can also be drizzled over baked apples, cheesecake, panna cotta, gelato, stone fruit and thinly sliced roast pork or beef.
