Limited Edition White Dressing obtained from the best Modenese Trebbiano grapes, the must of which ages for at least 5 years in Ash wood barrels that give it fragrance and creaminess without altering its light and clear colour. A 100% Italian product.
This white condiment is a must-have for every home because it is natural over almost every meal; whether pasta, vegetable, meat, fish, risottos, cheese, strawberries, ice cream, or chocolate. The ceramic container is also reusable for other purposes because it is beautiful and adorable.
All the phases of the production, from the grapes cultivation to the final product, are checked by Ermes Malpighi, the fourth generation of the family and Master Taster AED. Handicraft product: forget the glass bottle to be thrown in the dumpster once you have finished your task. Each bottle is a unique piece of art, handmade and rich in history and culture.
