Excellent Pecorino Romano

We were pleased to receive our cheese. However, it was left in the FedEx warehouse in the heat, over the weekend, before it was delivered to us. This meant that 2 oz. of oil released into the plastic wrap and took a while to clean up. The cheese is beautiful and has a sweetness about it that we really like.

Wonderful pecorino

We discovered pecorino when we visited Tuscany years ago. The pecorino producer we loved most does not export but this pecorino is a fine substitute. We will order again.
