Limoncello Dolceterra The creation of Limoncello is based on traditional process utilizing advanced technologies that are of the highest standards found today. Automation has replaced the laborious hand peeling of lemons by devoted Sorrento women. During immersion, the alchemistical characteristics from the region’s exclusive volcanic soil are invoked as the magical transformation of Gioia Luisa Limoncello begins. Within a short period, the enhanced flavors of the special skins penetrate the simple alcohol. The process is natural yet very delicate.
Hand Made Bottles Ceramista” is the simple and direct name choosen by the artist Luca Falanga to show his work and his cabin in Scafati in the province of Salerno. A name that recalls the simplicity of the past and the value of the crafts combined with the creativity and technology acquired by the artist during his years working in famous factories of Vietri ceramics.
Cru Riva Gianca DOP ampolla 250ml
A special selection of olives harvested in the Ricca olive grove, Colombiera, Poggi di Imperia, at 60 mt. s.l.m., close to the sea. With 30% of green olives, 50% in vain and 20% in black. This oil is characterized by the scent of fresh grass and ripe olives, embellished with hints of white fruit. Excellent on meat and fish dishes with a delicate aroma or as an ingredient for desserts, as a substitute for butter. Limited production at around 2,000 bottles.
