Produced in Bagolina, Bagoss Cheese 36 months is a unique and delicious Italian cheese with class. The cheese is made from the Bruna Alpina organic cow's milk and with the saffron added to it during the curd breaking, it has a typical straw yellow and golden colors.

Bagoss Cheese is aged for at least a year, giving it an intense taste of seasoned cheese.  This famous cheese is the undisputed king of Bagoss gastronomy. With a smooth rind and aromas that are reminiscent of freshly cut grass, the flavor of this cheese is savory, piquant and slightly spicy.

You will appreciate the Bagoss Cheese hints of walnuts and chestnuts if consumed at room temperature. Young sparkling wines and full-bodied aged red wines can be paired with this cheese, and can be used as filling for delicious dishes. It can also be grated over risottos, soups or pasta.
