Caprino Treated with Pepper and Oil is an inspiring cheese originated from Italy and gently treated with carefully selected black pepper and perfumed extra virgin olive oil. Aged for six months, this cheese is made with goat’s milk, rennet, salt, extra virgin olive oil and pepper.
Its wrinkled rind is covered with pepper and its compact and doughy texture makes it melt on the palate easily. With perfume delicate goat’s milk flavour and intense pepper aroma that increases towards its rind, everyone deserves to enjoy this specially made cheese.
