A fine condiment made with cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and natural truffle flavor. Its flavor is aromatic and a little pungent. A kind of condiment that can be used as an alternative to truffle slivers or to combine with them to enhance the taste.
Deep brown and limpid in the glass, with the dense structure of a cooked-must base. The nose is dominated by the earthy, mature aroma of black truffle, set against the sweet-sour depth of the IGP balsamic. The palate is rich and structured, with the truffle threading through every layer rather than sitting on top. Density 1.30. Acidity 4-5%.
