'I Sapori delle Vacche Rosse' "Vacche Rosse/Red cows" seasoned 24 months by Luciano Catellani, Reggio Emilia.
The particularity of this cheese is to present the “Vacche Rosse Razza Reggiana” mark on the whole shape: since the producer owns the “Vacche Rosse” trademarks, it was decided to create a cheese that would further enhance the entire supply chain and allow the end customer to immediately recognize that this cheese is the "Red Cows".
Hard aged cheese made from the milk of Reggiana red cows ("Vacche Rosse"), an ancient native breed of Reggio Emilia, with only salt and rennet — no lysozyme, no preservatives. Aged at least 24 months. Made at Antica Corte delle Vacche Rosse in Bibbiano (Reggio Emilia), Emilia-Romagna.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, salt, rennet.
